Chinese Lantern Festival
My mom and sister went to the Chinese Lantern Festival. Below are the pictures my sister took.
Now, this is a woman who said the best thing about Rome was the Cimitero dei Cappuccini (pictures here), so I trust that the pictures she took represent everything that was worth seeing.
So, the first stop is... dragons and elephants made of Chinese dishes and teacups!
My favourite: the year of the - extremely kawaii - Sheep!
My sister writes:
Should've taken more pics of the horoscope animals...they were all very cute, even the snake. The 3 wise guys were there as well but very tacky...even the god of longevity with his peach didn't look very good.
