Evil Kitty and Stashbucks Coffee
I made this kitty pillow from some old shirts. Problem is, it looks evil.
I thought a scarf might help, but it doesn't. At least it matches my cushions though.
I'd dismiss it as a failure, except that it's the best embroidery I've done to date.
Meanwhile, my oldest son has been spooling (a kind of knitting done on a loom).
He's not sure what this is going to become. He's thinking maybe a bolster pillow.
Stashbucks coffee and a cupcake, anyone?
I made this set for my nephew, who pretends to drink coffee when my sister goes to "The Buck", as she calls it. The cutest thing is that he babbles loudly between fake sips. My sister said she realized with shock that it was a damning indictment of her life as a stay-at-home mom.
