Some Cute Things On My To-Make List
I've long wanted to crochet little birds like these
from a Japanese pattern book described here. Via Craftster, I found the pattern posted online here - woo hoo!
My sister asked me to crochet cars like these
which she no doubt saw in a local shop. I think I can wing it. If it works it means I'll be stuck making 4 of them: 2 for her kids and 2 for mine (I think my kids are a little old for stuffed toys, but I know they'll insist on it). But, there isn't anything I wouldn't do for her or my nephew and niece (yeah, my brother-in-law too, I guess), so I'm gonna suck it up.
Another thing on my to-do list: a knitted pizza slice (picture here). The pattern was kindly posted by blogger Bittersweet, here.
