Winter's Here

Oh, those Canadian winters! Fun for kids...


... not fun for an outdoor chicken, especially when the boys use you for snowball target practice.


It's nice and warm inside for knitting, a donut...


... and a rain drop, both destined for swaps.


Staying indoors is also good for sewing pillows. This elephant is made from the last scraps of the felted coat that got turned into a notions holder. I love making pillows from old clothing, like this bunny, and bears from previous posts.
